I was born and raised in Massachusetts. I have extensive knowledge of home renovations, so I have a keen eye for quality and imperfections. I have owned homes in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Additionally, I have owned 8 homes in Sarasota County over the past 11 years.

As a buyers' agent and sellers' agent, I visit homes and pay attention to details so I can assess their value for the price. I have been a licensed realtor in Florida since 2013. In 2019, I completed 31 transactions, and in 2020, I completed 26. Over the years, I have attended numerous home inspections and received many reports. It is helpful to be aware of the common issues that inspectors find. When hired by a buyer or seller, I always do my due diligence to help them buy or sell a home for the best price. Just because 3 homes on the street sold for 500,000 or more doesn't mean your home or the one your looking to buy is worth the same. Adjustments need to be made for it's condition. What updates have been done or need to be done? These add value or decrease value.

In my experience, homes priced at $800,000 can have just as many issues as homes selling for $300,000.  I love the real estate market. You can buy a home for 300,000 and sell for 800,000. 

When I walk through a home for a buyer I inspect and point out any possible issues that a home inspector may find so they know before they make an offer what possible repairs may be needed. I search the county records for any information I can find on the home, including permits and its previous history.

When trying to sell a home for a seller I can highlight all the important features that may catch a buyers eye.  Knowing what buyers and sellers want helps me in the process to achieve satisfaction.
